Your Daily 7 Activities

Transform your life through consistent daily practices that strengthen your faith, body, and mind

Pray & Read the Bible

20 minutes + 1 chapter

Begin and end your day with prayer and read at least 1 Bible chapter

Exercise & Move

60 minutes

Complete at least 60 minutes of intentional movement (strength training, cardio, or stretch)

Follow a Clean Diet

Stick to a healthy eating plan (no alcohol, no sugar, no cheat meals)

Hydration

62 oz minimum

Drink at least half a gallon of water (62 oz) and eat nutritious meals

Gratitude & Reflection

5 minutes

Write down 3 things you are grateful for and spend 5 minutes in quiet reflection

Check-in & Encourage Someone

At least 1 person

Connect with at least one person (family, friend, or accountability partner)

Personal Growth

10 pages minimum

Read at least 10 pages of a non-fiction book
